How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through the Fresha app. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out before booking for guidance. You can also email or text directly.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are available and recommended for advanced skincare treatments, laser hair removal, or if you’re new to the spa and want a fully customized experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is accepted via e-transfer,  or cash. Payment details are shared at the time of booking or during your visit.

Is your spa home-based?

Yes. Rapi’s Secret is a home-based spa, designed to feel professional, private, and welcoming. This allows for a quieter, more personal experience compared to busy storefront spas.

Where do I park?

Please park on my driveway.

What are your hours of operation?

Mondays to Fridays 9am -5pm with some evenings available upon request. 

Saturdays 9am-1pm October-June

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a brief intake and consultation to understand your needs, concerns, and goals. Treatments are never rushed, and everything is explained so you feel relaxed, informed, and comfortable.

Policies & Comfort

Do you accept male clients?

Rapi’s Secret is a private, home-based, appointment-only spa.
For this reason, male clients are accepted by referral only.
This policy helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all clients. Referred clients are welcome to reach out prior to booking.

Do you sell retail skincare products?

Yes. Professional skincare products are available for purchase and are recommended based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. I carry "academie scientifique de beaute" a European skin care line. As well as Circadia medical grade and ELTA MD sunscreen line.

What is your cancellation policy?

As appointments are reserved specifically for you, 24 hours for smaller appointments and 48 hours for appointments extending 90mins notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things come up at the last minute. Because of this I choose not to charge late cancellation fees. However, as a small business, my time is my livelihood. While I am happy to be flexible, I am unable to continue booking clients who have repetitive last minute cancelations or no shows.

What if my child is sick or an emergency comes up?

As a mom myself, I completely understand that life happens and especially  the cold and flu season is so unpredictable! I never want you to worry about canceling last minute while dealing with an emergency, caring for a little one or yourself!

Do you have any pets at your home spa?

Yes! I share my home with a friendly Labradoodle. He loves people, but I completely understand that not everyone is comfortable with or able to be around dogs. If you have allergies, a fear of dogs or simply prefer a pet-free environment for your relaxation, please let me know when booking. I am more than happy to have him stay in a separate part of the house during your entire visit to ensure you feel 100% comfortable.
