Meet Rapi

Hi, I'm Rapi, and welcome to Rapis Secret.
​
My journey began in England, where I was born and raised before moving to Canada in 1996. Not long after arriving, I discovered the world of aesthetics. What started as a new career quickly became a true passion. I loved meeting people from all walks of life and found great joy in helping others feel confident in their own skin. In 1998, I graduated with Honours in Advanced Aesthetics and Electrolysis, and I've never stopped learning since.

Over the years, I gained valuable hands-on experience before expanding into Medical Aesthetics. I became certified in Laser Hair Removal, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, advanced skin treatments, chemical peels, and skin biology. My passion has always been to combine science with personalized care, offering treatments that deliver real, lasting results.
​
Becoming a mother completely changed the way I viewed beauty and wellness. For the first time, I understood the deep connection between self-love, confidence, and how we care for ourselves. It became clear to me that while professional skincare can transform the skin, true confidence begins from within.
​
Life then took me on another unexpected journey when I became the caregiver for my mother during her battle with cancer. That experience changed me in ways I never could have imagined. It introduced me to the world of healing beyond the skin and deepened my understanding of compassion, connection, and the importance of caring for the whole person—not just their appearance.

That chapter inspired me to continue my education in Reiki, Oncology Aesthetics, Aromatherapy, and Indian Head Massage. Today, those experiences allow me to blend advanced skincare with holistic wellness, creating treatments that nurture both the skin and the mind.

Since 2011, Waterdown has been home for my family and my business. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a welcoming community and for the trust my clients have placed in me over the years. Many have been with me for years, and it is a privilege to be part of their self-care journey.
